I am relatively new to all this. Can anyone advise on how to make an html page bookmarkable? ie add a page to the favourites folder on the users browser. Thank you in advance.

By making it a very good page with valuable content that the user will need or want to return to frequently. The user will then make it a favorite/bookmark because they WANT to. Any other scheme is simply a waste of your time which would be better spent on the page's content.

That may be and I tend to agree but for an answer to the question try here:

It just blindly throws it into the favorites folder..unorganized...Like Roy said, I wouldn't bother...unless you want your page to load slower :D

Thanks everyone for the advice. I did try the favicon idea, but, I now tend to agree that this kind of gimmick is a bit naff. I was going to use it on a quiz page similar to this one:

Warning: this example is a bit slow.

Do quizzes like this have to be done in html, or can they be done in Flash? A Flash I can do, but my questions will change on a frequent basis. Is there an easy way to do this in html?

Thanking you all again in advance.

I'd say using Flash for such a quiz is like using a 16-inch gun to kill a mosquito. HTML is the way, and the example you gave shouldn't be too hard.
