Require Wordpress, PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML Professional for existing site updates

I am looking for someone to help me on an on going basis with updates and modifications to clients sites. I am a Designer with some html and CSS experience but need a new programmer. Someone to do modifications to the back-end of a couple of wordpress sites.

Skills set required
Mysql/PHP: You must be confident, have no problem creating or modifying a Wordpress database and modifying plugins. eg a Modified shopping kart and gallery plugins

Server: You need to know how to set up a new testing server.

Html/CSS: know how to write clean Html and CSS

You also need to be able to be easily contactable and work to a deadline.
