Can someone combine these two Javascripts?

First of all, I would like to say a few things.
I have no idea how to program anything.
I am looking for some help.
I typed in 'javascript help forums' in google and this was the first thing on the list.

I am looking to combine the effects of these two javascript.

I don't know if you need to know anything else where you can combine these two, but I can get it probably if you do.

The __doPostBack function is a fairly reliable indicator that your page was generated using Microsoft's .NET framework. I don't mean to sound discouraging but whatever you're trying to do is going to require a pretty solid understanding of programming in general, and .NET in particular. With zero experience in either, you're embarking on a very long and difficult learning curve and - again, I don't mean to sound so discouraging, but - there's a very real chance you'll break something and be unable to fix it. I can only advise that you find a professional programmer and get them to look at the code for you.
