a floater tab like 911tabs?

im looking for a efficient/time-efficient way of having multiple sites being "iframed" with my banner on top like how 911tbas have it: http://www.911tabs.com/link/?5461097

but i have hundreds to make...
and im using wordpress.
is there sometype of thing that connects with wordpress and makes these floater tabs?

if not, how can i make it manually, but somehow automate this process once i did the first 'floater' tab?

thanks for this, but im looking for something that will change dynamically based on the information of the iframed website.

so say i was doing song lyrics, i want an "include" at the top that is related to the same song so that maybe they can click on a link to, say, amazon and buy the song if they like it.
