I have access to frequency and voltage for my card in bios, can you help me to overclock my video card?

It's a 64Mb ATI Radeon 7000.
It's frequency is at 33/66.

33/66 sounds like the PCI and AGP bus frequencies. You overclock from within windows. A tool like Powerstrip, try here: http://www.rage3d.com/files/?page=files will help out here and there are a few others like Rivatuner which also work on ATI cards.

You need to use small increments when overclocking the graphics card, and if you get errors or fragments on the screen back down a bit as this can cause your card problems.

A benchmark like 3D Mark2001 is essential too to test the improvements. You might very well find increasing the card's memory speed has more effect than upping the gpu speed.
