Webmaster needed

I need a webmaster to either help or splice images already created for gaming company.

Is this a paid work request? If it is please indicate that, and I'll move it to the appropriate sub forum in the Work Projects (http://www.codingforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=47) forum. If not it's probably an unrealistic request considering the ongoing nature of the request.
