Email calendar retrieval

Hi all,

I would like to retrieve the appointment info from email calendar especially hotmail account using php. Preferably via IMAP. Is it possible? If so, any idea how to do it? Can show me sample code?

It sounds like there might be a bit of ground to cover before getting to that point, but there are ways.
The most likely solutions are via API's.
Certainly most major services have one for their calendars, and here's a link for Google's: http://code.google.com/apis/calendar/
