Lining up boxes

I have tried and failed to line up box 4 with boxes 1, 2, and 3. Would someone please tell me where i'm going wrong.

Box 4 is being floated right with respect to box 3, notice how their tops are aligned. It needs to be between box 2 and 3 in the HTML, so that it will float with respect to box 2 and align with it. So just cut and paste it between 2 and 3.
