Footer Spacing Issue in IE7

Hi all,

I'm trying to fix the spacing underneath the footer in IE7. I'm not sure what is causing it. It should look the same as it does in Firefox.

I'm using IETester for editing Internet Explorer.

Which IE? Works fine in IE8 here. And also for IE6/7/8 on IETester.
