Mit externem JS-File in Tabellenzelle schreiben???

Ein externes Script soll mir in die Zelle einer Tabelle ein kurzes Menü schreiben. Extern deshalb, weil das Menü auf allen Seiten erscheinen soll. Wie muss das JS aussehen und vor allem: Wie binde ich es in der Zelle ein, damit es dort auch ausgeführt wird, wenn die Seite geladen wird. Ich kann keine includes oder ähnliches verwenden, da die Site auf einem Lotus-Server läuft.
Ein kleines Beispiel wäre nicht schlecht.:confused:

He wants a script to write a short menu into a table cell. It has to be an external script because he wants to use it on a number of pages. As the page loads the menu must be implemented(?) He can't use includes because it has to run on a Lotus Server. A small example would be nice.
