I am mulling this over in my mind at the moment. I haven't purchased the software yet.

I want to have the ability to give 360' views in my site and within the view, enable the user to click on a specific area (or item such as a televsion) which will then hyperlink them to a page specific to that thing.

Can imagemapping be done with any of the 360' softwares AND which is the best - cost efficient?

thanks

Thanks TinMan.

I shall look into this though I have found ipix.com and ipix-uk.com have a professional package which is quite expensive though it seems very good.

Adobe has it's beta Adobe Atmosphere as well (which is a little different as you create 3D environments), just thought I'd add that.

Also, you can create 3D environments in Flash (difficult). The official X-Men 2 (http://x2-movie.com/) site uses this. Launch your language, and click on the middle diamond thing when the flash loads. Select the Stryker Database (not Cerebro). This is not necessarily what you are looking for, but it creates an interactive site utilizing an X, Y, and Z axis... which can do a lot of things for you if ya delve into it.
