Anyone really good with photoshop?

I am willing to pay someone if they help make my logo look better. I already have the basic shape and everything I just need it to look bad ***. I will only pay if I like it. If I do like it, I may pay you to do more like it, different variations, add text, etc. Depending on how good it is I will probably pay up to $30 bucks. Here is what I want:

Rusty, post-apoctalyptic, realistic 3d looking, metal, add some barbed wire in there idk whatever you want just some bad *** lookin logo. It's going to go on a shirt. Here is all I can do, I suck.

Also if you know of any other forum that would have a lot of good graphics artists that are good at this stuff that would be great. I don't really know where to post this at.

I can improve this for you to make it more metallic. I will look for a some barbed wire images to add to it.

The rust is very good. Just a little blurry, something may be done to sharpen it a bit.
