Well site is really good. Nice work done.
But being honest one thong that seems not good is Background.
Its really like dim sort.This must be graphically enhanced.

I kinda like the background and the colors. You might could add some texture to the background. One thing I will mention is I dont particularly like the background image you have in your heading. It looks like someone pulled a handful of hair from a hairbrush and took a picture..lol Just my opinion though.

The site looks clean and balanced with good layout. This all is of course just my first impression, as I haven't went through every page and link on your site.
