Would appreciate your views

I would appreciate any views you might have on the performance or design of my website - http://www.cashglad.com.

It's the first website that I've built in a while and the first that I've built using Joomla. I'm fairly happy with most of the pages, but am not too sure about the front page. Not sure if it grabs people's attention enough or looks polished enough. Any advice anyone could give would be much appreciated.

Your graphics need to be larger and more relevant to your message. It appears you've found 3 or 4 pieces of clip art and just thrown them onto the page.

Thanks. That's pretty much true. Do you think I should get some original graphics designed for me or is there a site you would recommend that provides good stuff for free?
