You know most of the popular forum software such as phpbb or smf actualy do have rss feeds so you can read these forums using standard rss readers such as google reader or liferea

Thanks, but i read many forums which don't have rss-feed or feed has every post in entire forum when i want to read only few sub-forums.

What forums were those? I know the forum here will allow you to subscribe to just a sub forum if you wanted to.

I'm sure someone has created software which is optimized for reading forums.
