visitor message center

Hello, I am looking for a way to put a text message or news field on my website so a visitor can enter messages in it themselves. I would normally have a person email new imformation and then I would put it on the site, but was wondering if the person can enter it on the site and upload it to the new message's are. Please if anyone has an idea of how to do this, please email me at

Well we are not going to email you the answer to your questions as that would defeat one of the purposes of having these forums where others benefit from the answers.

To answer your question you will not be able to do this using javascript. You will need a server-side language such as PHP or ASP.

This particular topic is also addressed in the "MUST READ - How to post a Javascript question" thread at the top of this forum. Specifically section 5.
