Will pay for some help fine tuning my css

Hi - I need some help centralising my css in the page

Basically the central div needs to be centred in the page while the wide header can go into the margin. This is to allow for smaller screens to see the smaller canvas inside the 960px inner content area and larger screens fill the whole width.

I have all the css files and it shouldn't be a big job for someone with experience. I will pay $20 via paypal to anyone who can help....
