I get an odd effect when loading a page into IE9 beta.
It loads in but small in size and will not fill the screen until I move the cursor pointer into the existing area. No need to click. Just move in.
I'm just wondering whether it is my fauly programming:eek: or the IE beta.:(
Otherwise it seems OK.

Beta usually = not finished. I never concern myself with beta software.

You miss a lot of the fun.
This one has some very odd effects. It comes on full screen (f11 mode) after the initial oddity as in my first post. The html5/CSS3 side seems OK as far as I have gone. I have gone the whole way and made it the default for a while. Shouls be interesting.

IE9 is too idiosyncratic at present. Still needs work to be done.

I haven't tried IE9 as I'm still on XP, having eschewed Vista, and hence do not qualify to use IE9. Here's Microsoft's list of IE9 Beta features (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/ff468705.aspx). border-radius but no box-shadow, I see.
This passage made me smile:
We know you don’t want to rewrite and retest your websites again and again; standards adoption by browser vendors is a good way to reach that objective.
Yeah, let's hope all the other browsers follow Microsoft's lead on that one....
EDIT: Ooh, that was a bit drdr....

Haven't had any problems with IE 9 Beta yet and it opens to the last size I set it to before closing the program. Very quick and responsive so far. Love it.

Just out of interest. My Family website program (http://www.exitfegs.co.uk/)in my signature has rounded corners and box shadow involved.

All rounded corners show just fine in IE 9 Beta and Firefox for me.

Ok, Beta means: testing stage of a software, You can contact Your browser developer and ask him for this issue, because they make beta to know browser problems and to get feedback to fix them before releasing the real version...
