Can someone recomind a database search script?

I am a little new a programing out side of normal html, but I am learning perl and java.

I need a database search script (I do not care what language, I will learn if I have to), but I would like it to use MS Access as the database file.

Just wondering,, why just MS Access?

I know some places that have search for databases. .db or .dat. .txt ect....

The script does not have you use access. I just would prefer microsft to be used because access is the programe that i use for my data basing, and if the search scrip i use on my website used microsoft access it would save me a lot of time.

To tell you the truth I wish that I did not have to use microsoft software. If you install some program like coral, or something that rivels microsoft, your computer gets really stupid until you uninstall the program.
