well .exe and .zip/.rar u3 apps, how get installed

I installed in my u3 usb stck a program of extension .u3p, well .exe and .zip/.rar u3 apps, how get installed?

Just click Add Programs in your U3 menu and you can choose the u3p program. Although with you broken English I might be missing your question. Are you trying to install different types of programs to your usb stick? This article might help.

that I mean, I found app saying are u3 in format zip/rar(skype, notepad++,wireshark) and others in exe(Trillian), well such, must run or extract in u3 stick?

If they are in u3p format they will run. You can't install something like Trillian to your drive unless they have a portable version unless you use the link above to convert it. Not all programs may work as they rely on registry entries.
