[request] In & Out Fader for Image + Link

Hello there. I would like to ask if any could help me.
I am looking for a script that fades Text (description above and below a banner Banner) with Banners and hyperlink. A mouseoverstop would be very nice too.

Here´s an example of one of my Friendsbanners i would like to fade (all together there a 5 of these Friends Banners

The <font> tag is obsolete (invalid), so are the empty <p> tags and so is the <center> tag.

I don't understand the [request].

Fade when? Why? What is mouseoverstop?

First, validate the markup, here:

Then try again, with a complete description of the [request].

This is just an example for what i meant.

I want a Fade script for different banners with text and Hyperling and if u go over the Banners the fade will stop
