(Gah I can't wait for IE9!)
So, I have one page that I'm using rounded corners on that it's working in IE8:
(note the green-backed horizontal menu bar near the top)
http://www.girlscoutsmoheartland.org/newpagetest.php

but I'm using the same scripting to round the corners on a div in another page:
(the lower-left box that has the text "Stuff here - LEFT. ")
http://www.girlscoutsmoheartland.org/newindextest.php

And in that one, it makes the entire box invisible in IE8.

Here's the CSS of the one that's working:

#menubar
{
width: 88.4%;
margin: 0px auto 0px;
height: 28px;
background-color: #00A851;
color: #fff;
font-family: OmnesSemiBold, Verdana, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-weight:bold;
font-size:140%;
text-shadow: 4px 4px 4px #2C2C2C;
text-align:left;
vertical-align:middle;
line-height:28px;
background-image:url(http://www.girlscoutsmoheartland.org/images/GSUSA_outline_inv_small.png);
background-repeat: repeat;
padding-left:20px;
-moz-border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
-webkit-border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
behavior:url(includes/border-radius.htc);
}

And here's the one that's not:

#contentbox_left
{
position:relative;
float:left;
top: 340px;
left: 20px;
background-color: #fff;
width: 540px;
height: 210px;
border: 2px solid #000000;
padding: 10px 5px 5px 10px;
-moz-border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
-webkit-border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
behavior:url(includes/border-radius.htc);
}

Any ideas what's going on? :(
Thanks for any help,
Liam
