Desktop Icons Pixel Issues

I'm running Win 7 and have my resolution at 1600x900 which says is recommended and most of my desktop icons are having pixel issues and wanted to know how I can fix those because it's bothering me.

Have you tried changing the size of your desktop icons to see if it makes any difference? Does it still pixelate after making them bigger?

Also do you have Norton 360 installed?
