DIV Tage help?

I come to know that div tag is batter than table tags to use in page. I would to design the page like instructable.com home page. Please suggest me some codes to use div tag.

Well, first you will have to familiarize yourself with some basic CSS. A good place to start is here (http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp).

Thanks for suggesting good link. It is a different language than HTML. But it is simple, not so much complicated like C or VB.

I'm not sure you can view it as a 'language', more of a formatting regime, I think. I read somewhere, programming is where you make up the rules. With HTML/CSS you follow the rules.

Is there any visual tool to design CSS page with just some clicks?

I've found some sites that generate CSS menus and various things but it's really not that hard to get into CSS. Maybe check out some of the generators and play with the settings. You'll catch on pretty quickly.
