Anyone know how to get around this? Is this even a major problem? the user_attribute table *is* created but i don't know if it is missing fields. can someone post their user_attribute table or help determine a fix?

Never used PHPList before.
Its something wrong with the data to parse using this: "index_2" => array("att => aindex (attributeid)",""),
What the problem is, I'm not sure. It looks like its just trying to name and assign index associations, so I question of the 'att =>' part is needed at all. To me, it shows 'aindex' as its index name, and 'attributeid' for the indexed column.
I'd try just dropping that 'att => ' off of that index_2 and see if that doesn't fix it.
