Hi! I am new to this forum! I would like to know if there are any sites that offer PHP tutorials that are easy to understand and are very useful? I am very interested in PHP and would like to know it. I am 15 years old and I can do anything in HTML, CSS, and a little in JavaScript! Thanks!!

Well, phpbeginner (http://www.phpbeginner.com/) comes to mind. I don't know how good their tutorials actually are, but they cover a lot of basic stuff.
The links section of php.net has also some tutorial sites:

Your first obstacle would be to install a local PHP environment - for that you also need to install a webserver. Fortunately, firepages has put a bundle together that should take care of the installation woes. You can find info about that in one of the sticky threads at the top.
Last but not least, this forum is of course also open to beginner questions. Feel free to ask.

Im 14, and I started out like you! Knowing (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Anyways, www.phpbuilder.com is a pretty good site.
Also, if you dont have your own server on your pc, its worth considering, and www.firepages.com.au where you can download phpdev.
