OK, so dpDesignz and I have been trying to get a sliding menu to work on my site (javascript menu(, but we are having some issues with positioning the #subscribe section of the header. We are both stumped. Can anyone help us out?

Where would you need to position it?

Ok, the attached image is what this is supposed to look like. I twas like this, but we tried to add a sliding menu on the facebook icon, and the page got all messed up, so we tried to get it working. You can see the current state is it in:

www.billboardfamily.com

NOTE: For some reason, changes to the #subscribe id are not taking effect, so we can not get this to the correct position so we can get the sliding menu working.

Additionally, the sliding effect is not working (the menu drops down instead of sliding out to the left of the icon), and the slider at the bottom of the page in the footer is not working when you click the next/prev buttons. I am guessing all of this is somehow related to the javascript, but I am not 100% sure.

Any help would be great, thanks!

Try
#subscribe{
float:right;
clear:right;
}

Try
#subscribe{
float:right;
clear:right;
}

I saw in the code that I had subscribe defined as an id, but in the css it was defined as a class, so I fixed that, but there are still issues.

1) The formatting is not correct, as it states in the css (see image a few posts above to see what it is supposed to look like)
2) The sliding menu drops down, and does not slide to the left, as it is supposed to (in the facebook icon)

It seems that this all has to be related to the javascript for the sliding menu, because that is the only thing different that before, but I do not know enough about that to figure out what is wrong, and why this is happening.
IDK what is going on with this, but it needs some serious help.

You can contact me on yahoo! messenger if that is easier .. I have the original code, and the new code with the javascript in the html.

Yahoo! messenger id = martinfamily2005
