I have folders named with the following format: YY [Quarter]
My school year starts in the Fall quarter, so the coming quarter would be 10 Fall. Then after Fall, it's 11 Winter, followed by 11 Spring.
How can I name my folders like this in Windows, so that when sorted by name, they stay in this order?
I have a bunch of spaces (see pic below) to "solve" this problem, but it's ugly.

Why not sort by date?

That would work but I have other folders that were made in between quarters.

If I replace the "S" in SPRING with "Ѕ" from the Cyrillic alphabet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%85), I can get SPRING to be below WINTER. But I can't find something for FALL to be later than SPRING.
09 FALL
10 FALL
10 WINTER
10 ЅPRING
...

Try using Cyrillic A and naming it Autumn?
Really you could just move them into their own folder/library and use dating.

The Autumn trick wouldn't work because Cyrillic A is before Cyrillic S. And it'd be weird seeing autumn instead of fall :o
Yeah I guess I'll just make folders for each school year. thanks

Oh yeah...well, you could try Greek alpha but that would just look weird.
I think this is what the libraries feature was built for, though :P

1_foldername1
2_foldername2
3_foldername3
