PHP to ASP.net Project - Newsletter CMS and Mailer

1) Project Details: Convert a small PHP/MySQL program to ASP.net, create msi installer and prepare database for delivery. Only 5 files and a dbconnect script. The program edits a newsletter using a very simple custom CMS, then allows for the finished newsletter to be sent.

2) Payment Amount: $600

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal within 10 days of completion.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): The project needs to be completed by Monday, 8/16/10.
