Sending an email with attachement

Hi,

I've created a script where one can register at my website. After registration I automatically send them an email message. Now I'd like to add one or more attachements to this email. How can I do that? I've searched the web for this and everyone says 'Just link to a document on your server'. But it has to possible to actually send a document via email, right?

I hope someone can help me out!

Thanx in advance, Michiel

Yep tis, try using this (http://www.phpwizard.net/resources/phpMisc/scripts/pretty/mail.php3). Of course, you could rewrite the same thing your own way, but the same principles would apply - and I don't think it'd really be worth your time.

Hi,

thank you very much for your reply. This script is exactly what I have been looking for for a long time. I still got one question though: how do I send pdf-files as an attachement? When I try to send them to myself I download them in 13 sec's and an error appears when I open them. I gues I have to change something to let the script know I'm sending a pdf .... but I can't figure out what to change. I hope you could give me a hand with this.

Thanx again, Michiel
