I am not much of a web designer, but I appreciate the vast importance of having a high quality design, especially when you are trying to sell products or convert visitors (whether it is to click ads, subscribe to a newsletter, etc.) Therefore, I request that you take a look at my site, which is a retailer of airsoft guns (http://www.eastcoastairsoft.com). Since that is the case, I clearly want to make things as appealing as possible.

I've implemented some design tips I've thought would help, such as changing the Flash header to a regular image to improve site loading times, and moving and changing blocks of text. But if you guys can see anything significant or even minor that needs to be changed, go ahead and let me know!

Your site looks amazing.
Just a couple of comments.
1) On my browser (Chrome), your go daddy seal is hovering behind the "about us" and "shopping cart" tabs
2) I would move the two boxes on the bottom of your homepage ("Going strong for the summer" and "we ship to Canada") to your sidebar. They get lost on the bottom of the page
3) On your newsletter subscriber, it says "enter your email ID". I'm assuming your ID is you email address? That will confuse some people

May I ask what you used for building your shopping cart?

- the Go Daddy area is very small and hard to read. Its behind the menu in Safari too.
- the hover colour in the menu is very dark and hard to read
- the pop ups for the enlarge view of the guns may not work if a user has block pop ups on. Using pop ups sort of cheapens the site. Using light box to show an enlarged image would look more professional.
