Does anyone know of a program or a way in Windows XP to disable a port, like say port 80 from the commandline?
I have tried:
IPSec but since it loads on top of Network it isn't working. I also found DevCon, but it only disables network card, I want to disable only port 80 outgoing, in other words web browsing.
Any ideas? Or a firewall that has a web interface. In other words on my local network I can login to the firewall program from another PC like:
192.168.0.54:25
And shutdown internet or turn it on.
