Hello,

Yesterday I wrote a post about creating a contact form with CAPTCHA that uses PERL. I've decided to scrap that method and just start over from scratch.

Does anybody know of a contact form with CAPTCHA that has the following parameters?:

1. The "front end" needs to be in HTML (the server-side script can be PHP)
2. Needs to allow for a field with a drop-down menu that sends and e-mail to different e-mail addresses depending on which option was selected
3. Needs to have required fields.

I appreciate any help on this as it needs to be done by the end of the day!

I use Securimage (http://www.phpcaptcha.org/), found it easy to set up. I just added it to an existing contact form and mail processing php script, not sure whether that quite meets your needs.

Thanks!

I actually found a Javascript solution that the site lists as "experimental" but worked great for me. The script can be found at:

It's easy to implement as well. Hope this helps anyone out there who is looking for a similar easy CAPTCHA insert.

There isn't a CAPTCHA yet (I was told it would be available post beta at some point) but I use GoDaddy's Easy Database for a contact form and haven't had any issues:
