Can you add something to a Animated gif?

Just something for an inside joke, I would like to see if someone could assist me or just add onto this gif.

I would like to have a St. Louis Rams helmet over the horses head? Possible?

If you have the animation software to put the helmet, properly sized, in every frame, then you can do it.
