View Full Version : Two scrollers (V & H) aren't playing nice!

IE ONLY! Don't care about any other browsers for this particular issue.

I know, I know...another (2) script conflict that I cannot resolve! I'm tired of these as well. Anyway, I've exhausted my brain for the entire evening and early morning...so I now turn to you JS experts.

My page has two scripts on it. The vertical "scrolling layer content" will not show the scrollable HTML as long as the horizontal marquee scroller is present on the page. The vertical is obviously the weaker of the two, as the horizontal could care less and works regardless.

All the code is there...no external JS files...so the page is long with code. I put in as many BEGIN/END comments as I could...as well as URLs. I've done all I can. What can you do!?

Comment out the horizontal, and the vertical works just fine!

Care to help out!?

And if this is non-repairable, then I need a vertical scrollable layer/iframe (onmouseover, using images) -- would like multiple "pages" of content (as above), but may be able to survive with just one.

LOL

The threads I start are always...well...

I must be advancing intellectually since my threads are harder and harder to solve.

That, or (???).... :D

Any takers? Or shall I let this thread die?
