Drupal Website needed

1) Project Details: Hotel Reviews Website

2) Payment Amount: Negotiable... i was thinking along the lines of $400

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal. Timeline is ASAP.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): Would like it to be built in Drupal. Think of it as a very slim version of Yelp, but for hotels. Key components would be a star rating system and the ablility to make freeform comments about the hotel.
