I'm looking for script-client or programmer how can write or sell icq
web gateway. It's any icq client (even already created, but must be server version) using icq protocols or some script which can be fix on linux server and send message to any icq numbers throught web page. I would like to surfers could be send messages to them icq friends even don't have his own icq uin number.
