Homepage alert ask changing

I'm looking for script or programmer who can write (sell), script
which will change standard homepage ask on:

When Surfer enter the web page he is asked "Press the ENTER Key to make Your new homepage" and when the Enter key ,(or the spacebar key) is pressed - Surfer's HomePage is changed to my URL.

You can't be serious in expecting us to help you create such an obnoxious bit of code. The people who help here despise tactics like that, if your page is important enough to anyone they'll make it their homepage without that code or even the slightest prompting from your page. Dirty tricks won't make your page more popular, in fact they'll only make your page less popular.

Second that, however that's a free country and everything has a price....
How much does a script like that worth to you ;) ?

I know it very good Roy Sinclair.
But do You had never a need to see such script - maybe no because I suppose You are very good programmer and You can write it, but for me young programmer it's realy interesting.
So please give me chance to learn it.
BTW: If anyone could write such script I'll be greatful for priv message and we can talk about price.
