Hi Everyone,
I'm in the process of moving across country, and one of the things my boss asked me to do before I left was write up my web design process. I thought it might be helpful to others, and I'm also looking for any general feedback. If you think I have missed anything, or if you go about things a different way, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

You can check out my breakdown at:
My Breakdown of the Web Design Process (http://www.metacomdesign.com/blog/2010/07/my-breakdown-of-the-web-design-process/)

If you have any feedback, whether good or bad, let me know!
Thank you

Edit: Just realized I thought I was in the General Web section when I posted this. Could a mod please move this?

I'm very surprised guidelines for a contract aren't in there.

The process describes the design side of the project nicely. I would leave out the business side of it (contracts etc). The business side of a project should be handled case by case. Sometimes a contract is needed, other times it will push a prospect away. Your boss should make that call after assessing each prospect.
