YouTube Video Image Preview

When loading youtube each video has a preview image that is displayed on the search results. I was going to steal the url to the images but I don't think youtube would be too impressed.

I was wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to this that could be done automatically with a url or something. It needs to be put into a CMS which is going to be operated by people who are not that tech savvy.

Any help would be ace.

i also want to know easy solution on this problem, as far i know you can copy the entire windows and cut it manually.
