div hiding behind other divs - IE7

Hi,

when I hover over the drop down box SCHOOLS in IE7, it is hidden under the bd div?!

please help??

Fix the errors in your markup, especially the opening-closing tag mismatches.

I think you'd need to use the dropdown method given at http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/final_drop.html

They are not enclosing the unordered list for the drop down direclty inside the anchor. Take a look at the source.
