No CMS or anything, that is being taken care of by somebody else.

I want the layout to be aligned such that the leftmost part of the image is pressed to the left side of the screen, which will make the body somewhat right aligned depending on your screen size.


Specifics:
-words in leftmost menu become bold upon scroll
-clicking a story's headline, body text, or "czytaj dalej/its icon" directs to the pgnews page
-scrolling over the small buttons on the lefthand side leads to 100% transparency (50% transparency without scrolling over)
-scrolling over "przypomnij haslo" or "rejestracja" in the login leads to bolding
-when the user clicks on "login" or the stars they disappear, such that the user can type without manually deleting them
-"pelne archiwum" should be a link, as should the titles in the archive section on the main page and the number after "komentarzy"
-"archiwum" in the shoutbox should be a link

just mentioning all of this so that everything is clear
