How can i make my system to play FM stereo.
Whether any Tuner has to be brought?
Or explain me what is the actual concept behind this?

Buy a tuner, connect the output from the tuner into the line-in jack on your PC or buy one of the Hauppauge WINTV systems which includes a built in radio tuner (if they're still available).
