My fonts are HUGE in IE

Hi, I'm a designer trying to work things around in CSS coding. The site looke great in firefox, safari.. but my fonts are extremely huge in IE.

I've did some research and learned the em are the recommended unit for all browsers, so I did change it to em. But it doesn't make any difference. It's still huge.

Advice please. Thanks!

btw, my IE font settings are set to medium.
