IE 8 Problem online NOT offline???

Hi there, im having real trouble with my website. It works fine on every browser and version besides Internet explorer 8--ONLINE. Offline it works fine on ie8.

I'm only referring to the homepage (index.html) Where you will see the latest work panel has been thrown off alignment. I have tried everything looking at the css and html, but it works offline fine. When put on a server, there is a problem. Can someone please help.


please test on ie8 and firefox to illustrate problem.
