CSS doesn't work sometimes

I have an external css file on all pages of my site. Sometimes though when a page loads, it displays as though the css isn't there, when it is. So the text is all he same size and the talbes which are color defined by the css are white etc.

Why does this happen?

Are you using @import? Because I've noticed the same thing. If so, try the usual method :D

Maybe the ol' cache needs to be cleaned out. Try that. :p
