I use the windows mail on the windows 7 OS. What I cannot seem to amend is that all emails open with pictures missing and I have to click a text link that says click to show images, I have to do this on every email I open, does any one know how to ensure all emails open with images shown?

It's not recommended to do that because of privacy concerns. That being said, it's an easy answer to find with Google. This (Vista) link may help:

That link you sent me is not for windows live mail, but windows mail I have checked with google and cannot find anything. no I am not a vampire sucker or whatever just pannicked with a new OS, like anyone would be.

It doesn't take much extrapolation to find the similar setting for that version. Now that I'm on my Win7 laptop, I can plainly see there is a "Tools>Safety options..." selection. The security tab there contains the same checkbox mentioned in the help page for the other version.

Regarding your "vampire sucker" comment, unless you're ESL, it clearly says "Help Vampire". And it's a signature.

Furthermore, no - not everyone "panics" when encountering a new operating system.

I did not learn how to reveal the menu bar in Windows live mail until last night. Would rather not have any help from you I do not like your attitude
