software(c,c++ or vb) for logging in

my internet connection requires me to log in with my browser.so i was thinking to make a software to log in without using my browser.it will require knowledge of what the browser sends to the server plus how to execute that with a software. it should have log in button and log out button.can anyone please help me make this software as i dont know how to send the same information as my browser through a software.

any help will be appreciated...
