In geocities there is a page builder but i cannot access it...is there any other free web hosts that do this? but without templates

Do you want a place where you can actually modify the code yourself, or somewhere that you do everything via a wizard?

I am guessing you want to edit whatever you have manually, but either way, www.angelfire.com provide both.

And www.brinkster.com has a text-based only file editor. Their hosting is pretty good. They are geared towards experienced developers and they have ad-less free hosting.
