Viewing data entered on a form

I have a form that my user fills out the record the results of laps swam buy individual swimmers They enter the date, then i have a drop down box with 4 swimming strokes they can choose from. The user then inputs the swimmers name and the lap time in a text box, they can enter all 50 swimmers with the time beside them. All of this goes to a .txt file. Now what?? I want to allow to log in and view the info. How do I do this please? Viewing the text box shows my ip address and its not very pretty. I am so very lost and new.

Why repeat the question? You've got a thread going already, it just wasting time and work to create a second thread for the same problem.
